Below is a curated list of top ufologists, highlighting their work and influence:

J. Allen Hynek (1910–1986) – Known for his scientific analysis of UFOs. Developed the Close Encounters classification system and led Project Blue Book.

Stanton Friedman (1934–2019) – Focused on the Roswell incident and government cover-ups. Investigated the Roswell incident, examined MJ-12 documents, authored Crash at Corona, and lectured widely.

Budd Hopkins (1931–2011) – Pioneered research into alien abductions. Founded the Intruders Foundation, investigated over 1,000 cases, and wrote Missing Time.
